Josh’s home is perfect for a family vacation. The location of this home is perfect for exploring other parts of the Cape. The amenities within his home met our needs for a comfortable family vacation. The home was clean and the few questions I had Josh answered quickly. Would highly recommend this home .

Viajamos en familia y lo pasamos excelente. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras y el acceso al departamento fue cómodo y rápido. El lugar estaba muy limpio, y la cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. Tiene una playa pequeña pero agradable, perfecta para relajarse. La alberca ofrece una vista espectacular, al igual que el balcón del departamento, desde donde se disfruta la misma vista impresionante. Muy relajante en todo momento. Josh estuvo siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo, aunque no fue necesario solicitar asistencia. Sin duda, recomiendo este departamento a cualquiera que busque una buena experiencia.

Beautiful house on a quiet street! I hosted a trip with friends I hadn’t seen in many years and we wanted to be close to everything in Hollywood. The location was perfect, just off Hollywood blvd in the Hills. I liked layout with the lock-off studio. It had everything we needed along with all the high end finishes. Super cool art too! Josh was also super responsive.

This place is incredible! Super stylish and just an all-around great vibe. The furniture is super comfy, and the views of the Hollywood Hills are special. Everything was super clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The location is quiet and private but close to every spot you want to hit in Hollywood. We can’t wait to come back. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays!

Fantastic Mammoth Lakes Condo!! Clean, well appointed and quiet!! Not a fan of no cable TV but I guess I’m just OG. My Fubo worked just fine. Be back soon, no better place to be than Mammoth in the Summer!

We came in summer and Josh's place was fantastic! He was super responsive and had a great guidebook prepared for different restaurants and activities! Our stay was too short! I would have loved to try more of the recommendations! It's not far from the town, so it was close to the local trolley service, restaurants, and the highways to explore the different hiking trails and lakes. I would definitely stay there again!

My family of four and a grandma stayed here for a week. We ate breakfast in the condo and ate out the rest of the time. Most of the restaurants around there and on the beach were great. We had a few adventure days, a town day and beach days. It was great to be right next to the beach, easier access than all inclusive resorts and the beach was great with soft sand. Josh was a great communicator and host.

Josh's place was extremely clean. The neighborhood was very private and quiet. We took the recommendation and had lunch at Skippers. The walk to the beach was quick. Beds were extremely comfortable and we felt the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out. We shopped at Cuffy's. They have just about anything you may want to buy. Rental is close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommend this home.

Josh was extremely accommodating and communicative! We were traveling from out of state, Josh was forth coming in giving us an earlier check in time, checked in when we arrived if we needed anything and not to mention his house was beautiful! We couldn’t all stop raving about the cleanliness and how comfortable the beds were!! Highly recommend would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay! House was gorgeous and very clean. Location was great, easy walk to the beach. Josh was very communicative and provided a helpful guide of recommendations for food/activities/beaches nearby. Would highly recommend!
