Josh’s place was an excellent location. We walked to most of the restaurants that we chose. The few issues that we had were solved right away and Josh’s suggestions were great. The property is in the middle of the livelier part of Bucerías…restaurants, bars, flea markets. Lots of music that might be an issue for older people…like me, but the place was fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible time this past weekend in Yarmouth at Josh's place! Perfect for my sister's cozy, relaxing bachelorette party. Clean, comfortable, a great common area, and a quick walk to the beach- it was absolutely perfect!

A beautiful condo, inviting and comfortable with a spectacular view. Loved waking up to coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, breaking waves, and whales in the bay. Perfect for our family - each person could walk to the beach, restaurant, or shopping and easily meet up again with no uber needed. Also, as good as it gets if you wanted to uber to Nuevo or Puerto Vallarta one direction or Punta Mita or Sayalita the other. We enjoyed the upper deck and pool, live bands at several places within a few blocks, and favorite restaurants Las Flores in the Dorado Zone of Bucerias and Tarantalla on the ground level of the condo building. You will find Josh a great host and responds promptly to questions or concerns. We think you will love this place as much as we did!

Wonderful stay at Mammoth during a winter storm! Indoor parking and EV charging came in so handy! Beautiful neighborhood and easy access to restaurants, grocery and skiing. Perfect size for 2 families with 4 kids! Beds and showers were comfortable. Would love to stay here again! Josh was super responsive every step of the way!

Josh's house was fantastic! Everything was clean and modern with everything we needed right in the house. It snowed heavily the day we arrived so we basically the whole next day in the house and everything we needed was there. We had a total of 10 people and all had a great time. Highly reccomend!

The house was a perfect location easy to get to the lifts. It was very spacious decorated stylish new very comfortable great kitchen all upgraded appliances. Cannot recommend the place enough.

Beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view. Located close enough to town to enjoy the hustle and bustle and just far enough to be able to see and hear the ocean waves.
