Our group of 10 Girlfriends who have known each other for over 40 yrs gathered at this beautiful home for the weekend. Josh was reliable, responsive and made it all very easy. We arrived after dark and the next morning took a short lovely walk through the quiet neighborhood to Parker River Beach. It was worth the windy adventure and nice to return to a warm, cozy home where we could relax in the open layout. The bedrooms are comfortable, roomy and pretty too! Please consider this gem when you are in Yarmouth. Pick up steamed lobsters and oysters to get the weekend started!

Fabulous place! Everything is spotlessly clean. The towels and bedding are brand new. A beautiful beach and great lobster rolls are an easy walk. Josh was great, too. Friendly and responsive and the check in process is really easy.

We stayed at Josh’s place and loved it. We came into town to visit family and attend a USC football game. The rental was a great central location for our family. His place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

Josh's place is great! When we thought about returning to Mammoth Lakes to explore some more, we immediately checked to see if Josh's place was available. It's perfectly situated to explore in and around Mammoth Lakes with a great view of the surrounding mountains.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property itself was comfortable and just as described, but what stood out most was how helpful and responsive the host and manager were throughout our trip. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of a room, they handled it quickly and flexibly that too on a Sunday evening —bringing in a locksmith and even covering most of the cost. It really showed us how committed they are to making sure guests are taken care of. On top of that, the manager Maty went above and beyond by helping us find excellent, trustworthy childcare, which made our time in the area so much more enjoyable. Overall, a great property and even better hospitality. Highly recommend.

Josh’s place is absolutely incredible. Space for everyone. Lots of bathrooms & bedrooms. Super, super clean, which I really appreciate. So close to beach and restaurant (with walk up ice cream hatch for independent kids in the evening). Loved the outdoor shower. Josh was super responsive. Very generous with toiletries, kitchen and toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, coffee drip filters, herbs, spices, etc which are small things, but much appreciated as they make a huge difference. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need. Great entertaining spaces for extended family and space for lots of people to dine. Aircon, fans, insect screens. Games (Baby football). Great BBQ & outdoor space and great parking. Beach towels and chairs. Great utility room and all you could need. Huge. Modern. No mosquitoes in that area when we were there. Zero complaints. Super safe area. Happy customer! Thank you Josh for lending us your beautiful home :) I hope we respected it as you would wish

Josh’s home is perfect for a family vacation. The location of this home is perfect for exploring other parts of the Cape. The amenities within his home met our needs for a comfortable family vacation. The home was clean and the few questions I had Josh answered quickly. Would highly recommend this home .

Viajamos en familia y lo pasamos excelente. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras y el acceso al departamento fue cómodo y rápido. El lugar estaba muy limpio, y la cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. Tiene una playa pequeña pero agradable, perfecta para relajarse. La alberca ofrece una vista espectacular, al igual que el balcón del departamento, desde donde se disfruta la misma vista impresionante. Muy relajante en todo momento. Josh estuvo siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo, aunque no fue necesario solicitar asistencia. Sin duda, recomiendo este departamento a cualquiera que busque una buena experiencia.

Beautiful house on a quiet street! I hosted a trip with friends I hadn’t seen in many years and we wanted to be close to everything in Hollywood. The location was perfect, just off Hollywood blvd in the Hills. I liked layout with the lock-off studio. It had everything we needed along with all the high end finishes. Super cool art too! Josh was also super responsive.
