Josh’s place was perfect for my family/friend weekend- it was clean, beautifully furnished, and exactly as described. The rooms were thoughtfully curated and the beds were heavenly! Even in the off season, Josh’s place was the perfect location for my family to make memories. We will be back!!

Josh's house was fantastic! Everything was clean and modern with everything we needed right in the house. It snowed heavily the day we arrived so we basically the whole next day in the house and everything we needed was there. We had a total of 10 people and all had a great time. Highly reccomend!

The house was a perfect location easy to get to the lifts. It was very spacious decorated stylish new very comfortable great kitchen all upgraded appliances. Cannot recommend the place enough.

My wife and I spent nearly a month at the Narval Sur property in Bucerias. The complex is well maintained and the unit itself is gorgeous and comfortable - THAT VIEW! It truly felt like home during our stay - with a fully operational kitchen and washer/dryer, you don't have to leave the complex if you so choose. We used the gym/pool daily and the bar/restaurant was great for convenience. At low tide you could walk the beach to a few restaurants we really started to love. Josh (owner) is incredibly helpful and involved in your booking/check-in process and the property manager, Maddy, was willing to go shopping for us which was so convenient. 100% would rent from again - only for a longer stay next time :)

Our group of 10 Girlfriends who have known each other for over 40 yrs gathered at this beautiful home for the weekend. Josh was reliable, responsive and made it all very easy. We arrived after dark and the next morning took a short lovely walk through the quiet neighborhood to Parker River Beach. It was worth the windy adventure and nice to return to a warm, cozy home where we could relax in the open layout. The bedrooms are comfortable, roomy and pretty too! Please consider this gem when you are in Yarmouth. Pick up steamed lobsters and oysters to get the weekend started!

Fabulous place! Everything is spotlessly clean. The towels and bedding are brand new. A beautiful beach and great lobster rolls are an easy walk. Josh was great, too. Friendly and responsive and the check in process is really easy.

We stayed at Josh’s place and loved it. We came into town to visit family and attend a USC football game. The rental was a great central location for our family. His place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

Josh's place is great! When we thought about returning to Mammoth Lakes to explore some more, we immediately checked to see if Josh's place was available. It's perfectly situated to explore in and around Mammoth Lakes with a great view of the surrounding mountains.
