My family of four and a grandma stayed here for a week. We ate breakfast in the condo and ate out the rest of the time. Most of the restaurants around there and on the beach were great. We had a few adventure days, a town day and beach days. It was great to be right next to the beach, easier access than all inclusive resorts and the beach was great with soft sand. Josh was a great communicator and host.

Josh was top notch. 5 stars. First time to Bucerias and loved it! Safe, walkable small town with a lot of charm. Fantastic beach! The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and in a prime location. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out and chat with folks/owners. An amazing view from the apartment and the roof. We never used the A/C in the living area, the sea breeze was enough. Very lively area. You can hear the music from Jax's bar/Voodoo Lounge from the master bedroom. If you like to go to bed at 9, it may not be for you or bring some ear plugs. If you are okay staying up until 11 or 12, going out for a beer and dance, then this is the place for you. Great live bands! Majority of people were +50 and seemed to be Canadian. Locals were friendly and more than willing to be helpful. Great restaurants and street food for good prices. Used Uber/IDrive several times with no issue. C-Cards most places but bring MXN Pesos. Late checkout was nice. Thanks Josh!

We had a nice and relaxing time at Josh’s place. It was very clean and the size for the 5 of us and amazing views. We had arrived early and we were able to check in earlier. Location was great too.

Our stay at Josh’s Risco property was amazing and we highly recommend it!!! We loved how the sliders could be wide open and loved listening to the waves crashing! Josh was very responsive and gave an accurate description of his gorgeous place. We did not want to leave!!! Loved Centro and how you could walk eveywhere, people were so friendly, we felt very safe and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Would definitely book this place again and reccomend to my own family. The place itself is more spacious than we expected and has a great view. The location made it very convenient to either go to beach, grab snacks or drinks for the room, or walk around the Plaza and town to either eat at a restaurant or the food stands set up. Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the recommendation guide he provided was very helpful.

Beautiful condo, all exactly as described. Breathtaking view ! Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and right across the street from the beach. Great location. Josh is extremely responsive and accommodating. Fantastic host !!

We had an amazing stay at Josh’s condo! The Risco building is brand new and beautiful. The view of the bay was stunning from both our unit and the roof top pool / patio area. The perfect place to whale watch. There were many great restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. Communication with Josh was extremely easy and he offered many great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Josh’s place and the views are incredible. You can watch whales all day and it gets great sun. Better than the beach honestly. Really comfy beds and a great couch too!

This was a great central location for activities. Unbeatable view of the ocean and the sounds of waves fill the space. Was exactly as advertised. Great communication. The energy of the area is part of the experience so it's important to adjust expectations for the noise and activity.

The apartamento is perfect, well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything there is brand new and in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay and will return in the future for sure. Josh was very proactive during the whole process and had a list of great recommendations that made the stay even more enjoyable.
