Has balcony with mountain and ocean views, automatic blinds + Smart TV. 2. Secondary Bedroom is a custom-built bunk bed with a Queen on the top and a Queen on the bottom (Queen over Queen) with ensuite bathroom. Has balcony with mountain and ocean views, automatic blinds + Smart TV. Construction -- The construction in our building has been completed. There is a new building going up on the South side of our building but our unit is on the North side. You may hear construction noise when you are outside or on the rooftop. Centro Location — Situated in Buscarías’ dynamic town center, our condo provides a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant local culture. You can expect an energetic ambiance, where the city's energy beats strong and the sounds of urban beach life create a truly immersive experience. Please note, nightlife and live music continue until about 11pm during the week and 2am on the weekend. It’s a very fun area! Other Details to Note
The condo is in an ideal location in downtown / Centro Bucerias, only 15-25 minute drive from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minute drive to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta and Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz. This is a "new" building that was delivered in 2025 in Bucerias Centro. *** NOTE *** 1. Direct bookings come with damage protection of up to $2,000 for your stay. The insurance fee is included in the pricing for your booking (applies only to direct bookings; Damage Waiver is Here: https://waivo.io/client/joshua-bradbury/. ) 2. IF you book more than 7 days then there will be an "additional" $40 USD cleaning fee (we will collect this fee after the booking is completed). This is to cover an additional cleaning for extended stays (this ensures that the property stays in tip top condition) 3. Absolutely NO pets or smoking allowed; fine of $1,000 USD if entry camera detects pets or any smoke smells in the house at checkout. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
