Other Details to Note
The condo is in an ideal location, only 15-25 minute drive from the airport (depending on traffic), walk to Bucerias Centro, ~15 minute drive to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta and Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz. There is a small restaurant in the pool area where you can buy beer/wine/cocktails and small plates like nachos and guacamole. It is open every day during high season and then on the weekends thereafter. There is also a new restaurant that opened directly beside us called Baklava and Sukha Beachouse is a 5 minute walk. Our beach is kid friendly because we created a breakwater / jetty to protect our beach which makes it very safe for children. The property provides sun loungers and umbrellas too. This is a "new" building that was delivered in 2023 about 1.5 miles (2.4km) north of Bucerias Centro in an absolutely beautiful beachfront location. We recently installed a beach deck in front of the pool that is flat and has rocks removed (picture show in the listing). *** NOTE *** 1. Direct bookings come with damage protection of up to $2,000 for your stay. The insurance fee is included in the pricing for your booking (applies only to direct bookings; Damage Waiver is Here: https://waivo.io/client/joshua-bradbury/. ) 2. IF you book more than 7 days then there will be an "additional" $40 USD cleaning fee (we will collect this fee after the booking is completed). This is to cover an additional cleaning for extended stays (this ensures that the property stays in tip top condition) 3. Absolutely NO pets or smoking allowed; fine of $1,000 USD if entry camera detects pets or any smoke smells in the house at checkout. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

The building has plenty of spaces to park your car although you can get to most restaurants by foot or taxi. We love to walk on the beach to Centro and then take a taxi back at night (super quick ride home for 100 pesos).
