We stock this property with EVERYTHING you need so that you can simply unpack your suitcase and enjoy your vacation. Central air (with 3 separate zones) along with pots, pans, serving dishes, storage containers, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, board games, coffee maker, spices, and so much more! The property offers many amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Gather with your loved ones in the spacious living room with 30-foot ceilings and Pottery Barn furnishings, cook in the fully stocked chef's kitchen or head into the expansive yard for a lively game of badminton, whiffle ball or play foosball in the game room while watching a baseball game on the TV. In the loft, host a poker night or play tunes on the upright piano. In the evenings you can kick back on the patio or stroll around our beautiful neighborhood lined with Hydrangea-accented homes. *Special Rates* We offer special discounts on weekly and monthly reservations. *Note* Absolutely NO pets, NO smoking and NO parties. Upon booking, we will share the House Manual for details about the property, as well as our Travel Guide for our favorite things to do, eat and see around Cape Cod. 1. Direct bookings come with damage protection of up to $5,000 for your stay. The insurance fee is included in the pricing for your booking (applies only to direct bookings; Damage Waiver is Here: https://waivo.io/client/joshua-bradbury/. ) 2. Absolutely NO pets or smoking allowed; fine of $1,000 if entry camera detects pets or any smoke smells in the house at checkout. Violators will be asked to leave immediately. 3. Must be minimum age of 28 4. No parties and be respectful of noise after 10PM to avoid problems with our neighbors.
